Your wedding flowers’ silhouettes can be turned into a piece of original artwork. The paper is coated in cyanotype medium, and it reacts to exposure to UV light from the sun. The outline and details of your bouquet will be left behind and ready to frame. You will receive the original piece of artwork to frame and hang in your home. The paper measures 16×20 inches and is thick, high-quality watercolor paper. These would make wonderful gifts for loved ones.
I will press your flowers in order to create the cyanotype print, and I can then incorporate them into your preservation frame after they are used for the cyanotype. Pressed flowers look beautiful when framed alongside 3D florals since it adds a different depth and texture into the design, so they will be sprinkled throughout the 3D flower frames unless otherwise stated.
Light/airy flowers produce more detailed prints (think wildflowers, delicate greenery, long stemmed accent flowers, ferns, etc). I can use roses and large flowers as well, but they will look more solid white on the cyanotype with less interior details.
Due to the chemical nature of cyanotype medium, your print can only be blue and white, and I cannot change the print background color.
